Originally from Sundsvall and has worked as a chef for 15 years. To me it is really important to always work with fresh ingredients that maintain good quality and are produced in an ecological and sustainable way.
When I was asked if I wanted to be part of Best Pepper’s Khmer Pepper brand project, I of course answered yes.
In addition to the Khmer pepper high quality, I like the idea behind the brand, namely that all peppers are grown ecologically and the fact that parts of sales revenue, through their non-profit organisation Pepper Care, is going to needy in Cambodian in the region where Best Pepper has its pepper farms.
